In today's electronic world there are many opportunities for the public to compare and contrast products. One of them is insurance. Most of them offer lower prices and ease of access to their websites. Most are auto and home insurers without local agents. I prefer the individual attention given by licensed agents who remember your name and return calls promptly. They also review your coverage and provide suggestions as to future needs. This is a comforting factor because most people are unaware of unknown insurance risks that may impact their lives.
I have been a client for 46 years and have always been grateful for the service and support I (and my late husband) have received from everyone who I have spoken to and worked with in the office.
